Junior Campbell

William Campbell who was born in Glasgow, Scotland, on May 31, 1947, was more well known for his stage name, Junior Campbell. His partner is Mike O'Donnell.

He is famous for composing the theme for "TUGS", "Magic Adventures of Mumfie" and "Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends" which cover the years between 1984 and 2003.

Campbell was also a keyboard player and songwriter with the 1960s and 70s pop group "Marmalade".

During the mid 1970s he had two solo records released, both of which "Hallelujah Freedom" (1972), and "Sweet Illusion" (1973) made Top Forty appearances in the UK singles chart.
