[edit] Synopsis
Earl must raise money to bail Joy out of jail after she is charged with grand theft auto, kidnapping, and assault due to her actions in the previous episode. The judge has set Joy's bail to $1 million as a result of the three strikes law. Apparently, back in 1996, she was arrested for making photocopies of money at an office supplies shop. Strike two came on the same day when she slapped the police officer who was taking her fingerprints, all because she broke one of her fingernails during the process.
Back at the motel, Randy makes a list of rich people they know who might help them with their dilemma. Earl tells Randy that The Beverly Hillbillies and Donald Trump are TV show characters and not real people. As Earl looks at the list, he notices the one name Randy didn't write, as it's printed on the food wrapper Randy used for the list.
Earl goes to Richard Chubby (Burt Reynolds), the owner of a fast food restaurant, a dry cleaning shop and a strip bar called Club Chubby. He agrees to loan Earl the money if Earl can convince his most popular dancer- who turns out to be Catalina - to come back and work for him.
Earl and Randy (who desperately wants to see Catalina strip) attempt to talk Catalina back into dancing without her knowing that they're doing it for Joy whom Catalina hates.
