I have noticed that the current events box:

{{Current events box| in Britain and Ireland}}

does not work for days of the month. This is because it is designed for the headlines (== ==) to be American date format and on this page it is British format. I do not want to change the current events box, becuase more pages will be in American English than British English, but I do not want to change this page because it is about British events. Make a new template named "Current events box BritEng", which works with British style? Sam Vimes 09:26, 17 July 2005 (UTC)
