Julio Girón

Julio Estuardo Girón Rafael (born March 2, 1970) is a Guatemalan football midfielder who played for Aurora FC and currently plays for CSD Municipal.

For the Guatemala national football team, he earned over 70 caps between 1992 and 2006.
