Julie Marie Laipply[1], Miss Virginia USA 2002, is currently a renowned public speaker traveling the country promoting youth leadership.
In addition to being a professional speaker, Julie is the Emmy-nominated television personality for NYC TV in New York City. Her current television projects include "$9.99" and " What's Cooking at Gracie"
