Juli Fernández (born November 19, 1974) is a Andorran footballer currently playing for FC Santa Coloma in Andorra. With his team he has won both the Andorran First Division and the Andorran Cup several times. He scored a consolation goal for Andorra in their 2008 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying match against Israel.
