Judy (Beach Boys song)

"Judy" is a song written by Brian Wilson. The song was recorded by American pop band The Beach Boys during their early years as a recording group. The song was never released on any of the bands albums. It was lost in the archives for many years until it was found and released on the band's 1991 compilation album Lost & Found (1961-62). The song is one of the very first songs that was ever written by Brian Wilson to be recorded by The Beach Boys. Although it has been claimed that "Surfer Girl" was written for Brian's girlfriend Judy Bowles, it is in fact wrong. But this song was in fact the only song written for Judy Bowles, Brian's girlfriend at the time.
