Juan Urango (born October 4, 1980 in Jaraquielle, Colombia) is a professional boxer in the junior welterweight (140 lb) division. His record is 17-0-1 (13 KOs). He is the current IBF world light welterweight champion. In his last match, he defeated Naoufel Ben Rabah by a controversial points win. His next opponent is Ricky Hatton who he is scheduled to fight in Las Vegas on January 20 2007.
