Juan Pablo Martínez Irtia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Juan Pablo Martinez Irtia (born August 9, 1989) is an Argentine actor. He is better known for his work in Cris Morena's telenovela, "Chiquititas".

When Martinez Irtia debuted at "Chiquititas" ("Tiny Angels") in 1998, the Telefe soap opera had already become an international success, giving Martinez Irtia fame among Latin American as well as Russian and Israeli children and teenagers. Martinez Irtia's debut in "Chiquititas" was on the same chapter that Patricio Schiavone and María Fernanda Neil debuted. The three actors played characters that had been sent to the "Rincon de Luz" ("Corner Light") orphanage from another orphanage.

Martinez Irtia acted as "Nacho" in "Chiquititas". "Nacho" was a small boy who had superhero fantasies. Martinez Irtia sometimes wore a cape as "Nacho"s superhero, "Nacho Man", tried to solve situations in the show. "Nacho Man" actually saved some characters. In one episode, "Nacho Man" helped rescue a man who was about to drown.

Not much else has been known about Martinez Irtia after his participation in "Chiquititas"; he seems to have semi-retired from screen-acting, his only on-screen job, as of 2006, being acting as "Nacho" in "Chiquititas".
