Juan Antonio Escurra

Juan Antonio Escurra (1859 1929) was President of Paraguay November 25, 1902 - August 11, 1904. He was a member of the Colorado Party which had dominated Paraguay for about two decades. However, the Colorados declined during Escura’s presidency, and after he left office the Liberal Party became the dominant party.
