[edit] Epping-Chatswood LGAs
It's my understanding that the line, when complete, will extend south to St Leonards (in North Sydney), where additional platforms are ready and waiting. Has the plan changed? Additionally, Epping station lies on the boundary between Parramatta and Ryde cities. Please replace one or both as necessary.
How come you wiped your talk page? Joestella 13:00, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- There's no St Leonards extension going ahead now until the Redfern to Chatswood Link is built (the TIDC site makes that clear I think), so you're welcome to put it on that page. Also, have a look at Parramatta Council's website here- they recently gazetted their council and suburb boundaries and the ECRL is not included in Parramatta Council; I actually thought the line was spaced slightly off-centre (on the Hornsby side) to the station so that it wasn't included in their LGA. Then again, the Epping footbridge proposal (part of the line) goes into their area anyway... I'm ambivalent about that. Definitely not North Sydney though.
I wipe my talk page so it isn't cached by Google. JROBBO 13:08, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- The map suggests that the railway line is the boundary, which puts some of the station in Parramatta - and Parramatta's section of Epping in the feeder area. On the other hand, less than 500m of the line ends up in Parramatta even on that analysis, so maybe it's better to leave it out. Joestella 13:13, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

- LOL, I just reverted it to your original change. Looks like we failed to meet halfway again. Either way is fine with me. Joestella 13:15, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Formatting regional rail box
I appreciate the offer but I'm not sure how to go about it. Metro public transport is consistent (or getting that way), but this one deals with NSW rail as a whole, passengers and freight. What are your thoughts on how it should look?
