Thanks for uploading Image:PS3lowres.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

That image isn't free by any means- it's a cropped version of an image that Sony has gone so far as to even place a copyright notice on (2006 Sony Corporation, All Rights Reserved). Sony has NOT given away the rights to use it- thus, if we were to use it, it would certainly not be a free image, and it would be questionable as fair use. -- Daniel Davis 02:45, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
