JR Namba Station (JR難波駅 JR-Namba-eki) is a train station in Namba, Naniwa Ward, Osaka, Japan, adjacent to Namba Station and Kintetsu Namba Station. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company. The name of the station was changed from Minatomachi Station (湊町駅) on September 4, 1994 after Kansai International Airport opened.

Namba is the western terminus of the Kansai Main Line (Yamatoji Line). The neighboring Shin-Imamiya Station is a stop on the Hanwa Line, and is used by the Kansai Airport Rapid Services that go to Kansai International Airport and Wakayama respectively.

The station's four platforms are located underground.
