Joy Pursell (born in 1983) is an American fashion model from Texas, USA, most noted for her appearance in Season 1 of Bravo TV's hit reality show Project Runway, hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum.

Pursell is currently represented by several agencies nationally as well as internationally, including Click Model Management in New York City.

Pursell also has a small appearance in the summer of 2006 movie, "The Devil Wears Prada."
