From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Come on¡¡¡. Wikipedia is showing the facsimile of the original edition of this masterpiece, where Joanot Martorell clearly says that it is written in "vulgar lengua valenciana", which means in common Valencian Language,..what else you need to say it is written in Valencian Language and not in Catalan?...

Second, if it is written Tirant lo Blanch (with an "h" at the end), why on earth somebody has the authority to change how has the author defined his masterpiece?. I like the Wikipedia idea and system, but if its turns to a place where there is no respect for History, Calture and it becomes a place for vulgarity it would be a pity.

Simple and clear: Please correct your present version about Tirant lo Blanch saying that : (1) it was written in Valencian Language (Valenciano) (any reference to Catalán here is simply obviously untrue; the problem with catalans is that they have nothing to show as own culture from XIV to XVIII Centuries, and therefore they try to steal other's culture), and (2), please correct the spelling to Tirant lo Blanch (with "h")and pay respect to the author.

Thanks and my best wishes for upgrading the reliability of Wikipedia.

José Sánchez.

[edit] please fire Joanot/Joanot Martorell

Comments about somebody called Joanot|Joanot Martorell, from Wikipedia.

Who is this guy?,.. I suppose he must be God or a close relative. On 29 March 2006 I wrote to Wikipedia giving reasons why catalan and valenciano are two brother languages, but different in its origin because both have a common origin. Catalán is a dialect steaming from latin, exactly the same than castillian, provenzal, italian or valenciano. I also gave some historical considerations that could be of interest to the Wikipedia fans.

The answer received from the so called Joanot/Joanot Martorell, is amazing and I am copying it here:

"" Well, you're on truth. But Catalan language is related to Catalonia as to Land of Valencia too. So I think that the best choice is leave there with both stubs, until there is a more especific one almost"". --Joanot Martorell 18:15, 26 October 2005 (UTC)

This is exactly the same as: "Ok guy, you are right,..but you know, I'll do what I want".

I deeply regret this type of behaviour that bring but shame on the Wikipedia project. If this type of persons are the judges of the game, I ask you to remove them at once.

Please keep Wikipedia a serious place.

[edit] PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fire the so called by himself Joannot Martorell, AND KEEP WIKIPEDIA A SERIOUS PLACE
