I am a relatively new contributer to Wikipedia; although I have been using it for a very long while, I never have really taken to helping out until recently, ever since I have really noticed the unbelievable strength and friendliness of the incredible community here. Recently I have started to contribute at least a little in my free time wherever I see fit, usually by looking for articles which are in need of urgent attention.

Most notably, I have started the article on the Eastern Box Turtle, which has been further improved by others.

I am in the 9th grade of Palmerton High School in Palmerton, Pennsylvania in the US. I play soccer, am in concert band and was also in marching band for the past three years. I enjoy street hockey and soccer - both of which I typically play goalie. In the NHL (National Hockey League) I follow the Philadelphia Flyers.

I normally listen to http://www.beethoven.com Radio as I contribute here. I play http://www.ogame.org and http://www.hattrick.org in addition to everything else, both of which are great, entertaining games.

I tend to believe my life is based around computers, as I enjoy learning about a wide varity of aspects computer related, including basic web programming, and internal hardware upgrades.

On Wikipedia, I hope to some day be an admin before I am done with high school...but I don't know if that will happen, as I an 1/4 through my 10th grade year at the moment. I would like to contribute a lot more than I do, but time is never on my side...but I still try ; )
