Jose Arocha is a social and hi-tech entrepreneur from Venezuela. He has been a research scholar and a fellow of the Reuters Digital Vision fellowship program at Stanford University since 2004. Jose Arocha is also the co-founder of TAVOS, a social network of entrepreneurs and volunteers providing digital media services in underserved communities in Latin America.
