Joshua P. Warren

Joshua Paul Warren, born in Asheville, North Carolina, on October 25, 1976, is an author, paranormal investigator, and radio/TV personality.
Warren, a life long resident of the Blue Ridge Mountains, has had a number of books published, including the regional best-seller Haunted Asheville, and How to Hunt Ghosts released by Simon and Schuster. He operates a multimedia production company, Shadowbox Enterprises, LLC. He has written articles for various periodicals and columns for the Asheville Citizen-Times. His first novel, The Evil in Asheville, was released in 2000.
In 1995, Warren was hired by the Grove Park Inn Resort to investigate the Pink Lady apparition. That same year he founded L.E.M.U.R. paranormal investigations. He also led the expedition that captured footage of the Brown Mountain Lights in 2000. Warren claims his work resulted in scientific breakthroughs that help explain most of the lights and mysterious, natural plasmas such as ball lightning that occur around the world.
Warren has appeared on various television programs, as well as radio shows such as Coast to Coast AM. His weekly program on radio station AM 570 WWNC, Asheville, NC, Speaking of Strange, discusses the paranormal.
