Joshua Fouts

Joshua S. Fouts (born March 24, 1967) is the director of the USC Center on Public Diplomacy, run jointly by the USC Annenberg School for Communication and by the USC School of International Relations.

Prior to joining the Center on Public Diplomacy in 2003, Fouts was co-founder and director of the USC Annenberg Online Journalism & Communication Program and founding editor of OJR the USC Annenberg Online Journalism Review. He was also Deputy Chief-of-Staff for Voice of America for 6 years.
