Josh Bend or better known on the Newgrounds Forums as "Bedn". Josh is a juvenile delinquent.

Josh is a friend of Wade Fulp and all the other admins on the site which got him huge popularity on the site to begin with. After a major announcement from Wade on the Newgrounds BBS and the famous photo taken [1] Josh became a forum craze [2].
[edit] Josh's Arrest
Josh was arrested for robbery and destruction of a school greenhouse from Bucks County Technical High School. He was assisted by a 16 year old accomplice. Josh was charged with burglary, theft, criminal conspiracy and criminal trespass and had to pay a fine of 30,000 dollars.

As told by Josh Bend in his interview he had an interesting time in jail as it wasn't a horrible experence but had it's advantages and disadvantages.

As he mentioned on the interview he had very strange friends in jail. Himself being known as "chip" to his cell mates Josh described befriend people such as a killer that killed a man for watching him urinate and even more strange he discribed befriending a baby rapist.
