Joseph Thomas Ravins Born in 1933 in South London and was sentenced to death and hanged on August 9th 1955.

Ravins was arrested on June 1st 1955 after battering his three friends to death with a piece of rock. The motive behind the murders was and still is completely unknown. Joseph invited his three friends; Jack Reynolds, James Green and Paul Harkin to his home in South London on May 26th and after showing them into the large front room of his home he went on to bludgeon all three friends to death with a large rock.

The three bodies were found on June 1st and Joseph confessed to the murders the same day. He refused to respond to any questions about why he did it.
