Josefina Pla

Josefina Pla (Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain, 1909Asunción, Paraguay, 1999) was a writer, potter and radio presenter from Paraguay.

She wrote poetry, short stories and essays and was an important influence for Paraguayan intellectuals. She received several prizes and was a defender of gender equality.
