Josef Irving Ternström (December 4, 1888 - May 2, 1953) was a Swedish athlete who competed mainly in the Cross Country Team.

He competed for a Sweden in the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm, Sweden in the Cross Country Team where he won the gold medal with his team mates Hjalmar Andersson and John Eke.
