José Luis Cuciuffo

José Luis Cuciuffo (born February 1, 1961 in Córdoba, Argentina - died December 11, 2004 in Buenos Aires Province) was a defender on the 1986 FIFA World Cup-winning Argentine national team. He was fatally wounded in the stomach while out hunting in the southern Buenos Aires province, near the Bahía San Blas bay.

El Cuchu started his professional career at Chaco For Ever, but also played in Argentine Talleres de Córdoba, Vélez Sársfield, Boca Juniors and Belgrano de Córdoba. He also played in the French league with Nîmes and Stade de Reims.
