José Carlos de Almeida, best known as Zé Carlos (born in Presidente Bernardes, São Paulo State, November 14, 1968) is a Brazilian footballer.
Started career in 1990, and was played for São José, Nacional, São Caetano, Portuguesa, União São João, São Paulo, Juventude, Matonense, Ponte Preta, Grêmio and Joinville. For Brazilian team he was participated at 1998 FIFA World Cup, played one match with Netherlands.
