Jorge Gurgel

Jorge Valente Gurgel (age 30, born in Fortaleza, Brazil) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner and a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter with a record of 12-1-0. He starred in the second season of The Ultimate Fighter television series and was eliminated from the show in the fifth episode due to a loss to Jason Von Flue by unanimous decision. Gurgel is a black belt in BJJ and the coach of Rich Franklin. He currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his girlfriend Brazilian model Juliana Martins.
