Jordana Brewster (born April 26, 1980) is an American actress, best known for her roles in The Fast and the Furious and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning and Annapolis.

[edit] Early life
Brewster was born in Panama City, Panama to Alden Brewster, an American investment banker, and Maria João Leal de Sousa, a former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model from Brazil. Brewster studied at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in New York and graduated from the Professional Children's School in New York. She then enrolled at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, graduating in 2004. Her paternal grandfather Kingman Brewster, Jr. was president of Yale from 1963-1977.

Brewster made her debut on the daytime soap opera, All My Children, in a one-time appearance playing Anita Santos. Brewster returned to daytime on As the World Turns as Nikki Munson from 1995 to 1998. It was her role as Mia Toretto in The Fast and the Furious that has been her most popular role to date. Her most current role is "Chrissie" in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning which is set for release on October 6, 2006.

She dated Mark Wahlberg from 2000 to June 2001 and has also recently dated Derek Jeter and Jay Penske. In 2002 Stuff magazine named her the 96th hottest woman in their "102 Sexiest Women in the World". In 2005 Maxim magazine named her the 54th sexiest woman in the world in their annual Hot 100. In 2006 Maxim ranked her at #59 on their Hot 100.
She as a cat named Delilah, after her movie character in The Faculty.
After dating him for a year, she became engaged to Andrew Form [1] (who worked as a producer on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning) on November 4, 2006, and told Us Weekly, "It wasn't a total surprise, but it was very spontaneous. It's going to be a pretty small destination wedding -- next November."

Brewster's Grandfather is Kingman Brewster, former President of Yale University. Her mother is Maria Joao, the former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model from Brazil. Her father is an investment banker. She has a younger sister named Isabella. Her grandfathers were ambassadors to Great Britain.
