Jordan William Palmer (born May 30, 1984 in Westlake Village, California) is a current American football quarterback at University of Texas-El Paso. He is the younger brother of current Cincinnati Bengals and former USC quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Carson Palmer.

Palmer is currently a senior at UTEP. During his freshman year, he threw 7 touchdowns and 13 interceptions while completing only 49.5% of his passes for 1168 yards. During his sophomore year, he improved greatly, throwing 26 touchdowns and 18 interceptions while completing 58.2% of his passes for 2618 yards. In his junior year in 2005, he had his best statistical year while also leading UTEP to a record of 8 wins and 4 loses, including a point in which they were 8-1 and an appearance in the GMAC Bowl versus Toledo. He threw 29 touchdowns and 19 interceptions while completing 59.4% of his passes for 3503 yards. 9 games into his senior season, Palmer threw for 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Despite the abnormally high number of interceptions, he completed an astounding 66.2% of his passes while his team went 5-6.
