Joppolo Giancaxio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 80 km south of Palermo and about 8 km northwest of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,240 and an area of 19.1 km2.[1]
