Wikipedia is NOT a free web hosting service, and judging by your contributions to the page you are NOT a sailor at sea (how many sailors have university classes to go to while at sea?) and therefore can quite easily find soewhere else to communicate with your girlfriend. Even if you were a Sailor, I strongly doubt that wikipedia and the other site mentioned are your only free methods of communication, the internet is a very big place - this seems to be more of a matter of convenience. This talk page is being locked also, to stop the you continuing to do what you were banned for.
