Jonathan Selden Bush (born 1969), an American businessman. He is the son of Jonathan Bush and Josephine Bush and the older brother of NBC entertainment reporter Billy Bush. He is a first cousin of United States President George W. Bush.

Bush founded and is the head of athenahealth, Inc., a company based in Watertown, Massachusetts that helps doctors with back-office processing of insurance claims and other matters. He founded the company in 1997. Prior to athenahealth, Jonathan Bush worked at Booz Allen & Hamilton, a global consulting firm, out of its New York City office.

Bush attended Harvard Business School, Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT), Boston University (briefly) and Phillips Academy Andover.
