Jonathan Minnock
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jonathan Minnock is an Irish football (soccer) player currently with the League of Ireland club Finn Harps.
Minnock holds the record number of appearances for Finn Harps, having been with the club for 10 years now, with an exception of one season spent with Shelbourne where he won the league title. Minnock made his début versus Derry City in August 1995 as just a teenager. Son of League of Ireland legend John Minnock, Jonathan was born and raised in Convoy, a few miles from Ballybofey. He began his career with local side Convy Arsenal before joining Harps. A fan favourite, Minno, as he has been nicknamed, is a tough tackling left full who is deadly from set pieces, but has operated in midfield in recent times.
