Jonathan Henke (b. 1974) is an American political blogger and analyst. He is the originator of the modern American political philosophy of neolibertarianism.

Henke's blog is Q and O; he also hosts bloggers at Q and O, fellow neolibertarians Dale Franks and Bruce McQuain.
