Jon Udell

Jon Udell is lead analyst for the InfoWorld Test Center. He is the author of Practical Internet Groupware published in 1999 by O'Reilly and an advisor to O'Reilly's Safari Tech Books Online. He calls himself a leading-edge "alpha geek."

He also writes Byte.com's Tangled in the Threads column.

In 2007 he will leave InfoWorld to work for Microsoft as an Evangelist [1][2].
