Jon Fredrik Baksaas (b. 1954) is the CEO of Telenor.

By education, he received a siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and has additional academic management training from IMD's Programme for Executive Development(PED).

He joined what is now Telenor in 1989 and was appointed CEO in April 2002 after serving as Deputy CEO since 2001.
