[edit] License tagging for Image:269294.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:269294.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:04, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Galatasaray
I will not revert the article because this would violate Wikipedia:Protection policy - as the tag on top of the article says protection is not an endorsion of any particular version and is meant to be used to only to temporarily stop edit wars until a consensus is reached, not to freeze the article in that state forever.--Konstable 20:34, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
In general, the best way to get an admin to edit the article is to also add an {{editprotected}} tag to the articles talk page, so that others can see the proposed edit, to prevent claims of "getting around the protection" -- Avi 19:57, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
- Anyway, Mansell seems to be correct according to this: http://www.galatasaray.org/English/Corporate/history/detail.asp?pid=2422&haberid=289789 -- Avi 20:04, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
- And perhaps here too, although years seem to be off for many in the list: http://www.galatasaray.org/kurumsal/tarihce/teknik_direktorler.asp -- Avi 20:04, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
