I'm just adding some info on references to the court case discussed in the last paragraph of this article. The U.S. District Court Western District of Wisconsin website has a search function for court documents at [1] The most recent document is from 23/10/2006 and is at [2]. Someone a bit more familiar with citing legal matters can propbably use these links to find the best reference to include in the article itself. I wasn't able to find anything verifying the main part of the article that wasn't taken from wikipedia.
