I realize that this page has been deleted in the past for being nn, and it may have been the case then. However, at this point he is in a very unusual election. LULAC v. Perry was undeniably a case of note, and this guy is a part of a story still unfolding. If the deletion people really really want to save 1k for Jimbo, perhaps it will be prudent to wait until this isn't a current event (Nov 7 or December if he qualifies for the runoff).

And besides, there are two articles about political action commitees that link here. demonburrito 12:17, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

This has nothing to do with saveing space on the wiki. I had no idea it was previously deleted, I'll mark it for speedy. ---J.S (t|c) 02:29, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

Speedy what?

[edit] Reasons for keeping

1. CSD G4 does not apply to this article, as it is not a copy of a previously deleted article.

2. The previous article was written and deleted prior to August 4. It is on this date that a redistricting was carried out, a historical event. Also encyclopedic is his involvement in a one-of-a-kind special election.

Also, this appears to be the third different rationale used by j.smith to delete all or nearly all of this article. Please see User_talk:J.smith#My_mistake.

I thank the administrator in advance for their time. Respectfully, demonburrito 13:01, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
