Talk:Johari window

I think that the info contained on this page is incorrect, or at best, an over simplification. Just reading the link on that page seems to suggest that.[1] Delanthear 18:34, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, when I first heard of this concept in a psychology class there was much more to it than this article suggests. I don't feel I'm qualified, unfortunately. It's too bad, too, I came here hoping to translate this article into latin, but I'll probably come back in a few months to see if things have changed here.--Josh Rocchio 16:08, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Origin of the name?
Is the term Johari window related to the term Johari mirror which is the mirror of karma in the Buddhist writing Abhidharma-kosa, wherein a deceased person sees images of their misdeeds during life?--Theodore Kloba 20:59, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
I don't know about Luft, but I don't think my father knew that much about Buddhism. David R. Ingham 04:54, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Johari window's name comes from their inventors' surname: Joe (Luft) and Harry (Ingham) --> Jo-Hari --> Johari :) --195.56.81.166 10:30, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- If you had a source for that, I would most appreciate it...this would allow me to call it the Iohenri fenestra, in latin (Io hannes, Henri-cus) =].--Josh Rocchio 16:08, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Vandalism
The odd sentence "honost funny" seems like vandalism? --128.214.201.150 11:19, 9 June 2006 (UTC) (Suviko from fi-Wikipedia)
