Johnny Spillane (born November 24, 1980) is a American nordic combined skier who has been competing since 1999. He won the gold medal in the 7.5 km sprint event at the 2003 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Val di Fiemme, becoming the first American to do so at the nordic skiing world championships.

Spillane's best finish at the Winter Olympics was 10th in the 7.5 km sprint at Turin in 2006. He has three other individual career victories between 1999 and 2004.
