Johnny Schulte

John Clement Schulte (September 8, 1896 - June 28, 1978) born in Fredericktown, Missouri was a Catcher for the St. Louis Browns (1923 and 1932), St. Louis Cardinals (1927), Philadelphia Phillies (1928), Chicago Cubs (1929) and Boston Braves (1932).

He helped the Cubs win the 1929 National League Pennant.

In 5 seasons he played in 192 Games and had 374 At Bats, 59 Runs, 98 Hits, 15 Doubles, 4 Triples, 14 Home Runs, 64 RBI, 1 Stolen Base, 76 Walks, .262 Batting Average, .388 On-base percentage, .436 Slugging Percentage, 163 Total Bases and 10 Sacrifice Hits.

He died in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 81.
