Johnny Dickshot

John Oscar Dickshot commonly known as "Ugly" Johnny Dickshot (January 24, 1910–November 4, 1997) was a Major League Baseball outfielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1936-1938, the New York Giants in 1939, and the Chicago White Sox from 1944-1945. His most productive season came with the White Sox in 1945 where he batted .302 (3rd in the American League) with 58 RBI's in 486 at bats. He was born and died in Waukegan, Illinois. Today, he is most known for his distinctive name and its unique sexual innuendo in American slang. Other ballplayers that own a similar fate are, Dick Pole, Rusty Kuntz, Dick Braggins, and Rusty Peters.
