John Charles Villiers, 3rd Earl of Clarendon PC (14 November 1757-22 December 1838), known as the Honourable John Charles Villiers until 1824, was a British peer and Member of Parliament.

Clarendon was the younger son of Thomas Villiers, 1st Earl of Clarendon and his wife Lady Charlotte Capell. He was elected to Parliament for the rotten borough of Old Sarum in 1784, a seat he held until 1790, and was admitted to the Privy Council in 1787. He later represented Dartmouth from 1790 to 1802, Tain Burghs from 1802 to 1805 and Queenborough from 1807 to 1812 and again from 1822 to 1824. The latter year he succeeded his elder brother in the earldom of Clarendon and entered the House of Lords.

Lord Clarendon married his first cousin Maria Eleanor Forbes, daughter of Admiral the Hon. John Forbes, in 1791. He died in December 1838, aged 81, and was succeeded in the earldom by his nephew George William Frederick Villiers.
