John Townshend, 6th Marquess Townshend

John James Dudley Stuart Townshend, 6th Marquess Townshend (October 17, 1866–November 17, 1921) was the son of John Townshend, 5th Marquess Townshend.
He married Gwladys Ethel Gwendolen Eugenie Sutherst, on 9 August 1905. They had two children:
- George John Patrick Dominic Townshend, 7th Marquess Townshend (b. 13 May 1916)
- Elizabeth Mary Gladys Townshend (1917–1950), married Sir Eric White, 2nd Baronet. She married secondly, John Clifford Roberts.
