John Norris (b. 1959) is a reporter for MTV News since the late 1980s.^[1]

Originally from Houston, Texas, he now lives in New York City.^[2]

He has reported on "hard news" as well as conducting many celebrity interviews, including one with Madonna, which was famously interrupted by Courtney Love.^[3]
