[edit] Nancette

He was the architect for the vacation home of Paul "Ricca the waiter" DeLucia, mob chief of the Chicago Mafia. He became boss of the Chicago mob when Al Capone went to prison. The house is located just a few blocks from John Lloyd's home in Long Beach, Indiana. The house was named Nancette after Paul's wife. It is now owned by Dr. Richard J. Houck.

Just before he went to prison, Ricca sold the house to Jimmy Hoffa and the Teamsters Union. Dr. Houck sent the deed to be signed by Jimmy Hoffa to the Lewisburg Penitentiary via Hoffa's associate, and Head of the Central State's Pension Fund, Allen Dorfman.

The FBI closed the house, and the trial that followed proved that there was a close relationship between the Teamsters Union and the Chicago family.
