John Hutchinson (botanist)

John Hutchinson (April 7 , 1884 - September 2, 1972) was a British botanist.

Hutchinson worked at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew from 1904 until 1948. He was the author of Common Wild Flowers (1945), More Common Wild Flowers (1948) and Uncommon Wild Flowers (1950).

He was elected a member of the Royal Society in 1947.
