Graphic Designer whose work featured prominently on the packaging of musical recordings. Married industry peer Jeri MacManus, with whom he collaborated on a substantial mutual body of work. Mr. Heiden founded SMOG desgin group, which employs six designers with Jeri Heiden and John as codirectors.
