John F. Fitzpatrick

John F. Fitzpatrick was the first person to represent the thirteenth district of the Los Angeles City Council under the new charter in 1925. However, he served only briefly. He was suspended on August 21, 1925. He was replaced on the council by Carl Ingold Jacobson.
