John E. Frohnmayer

John E. Frohnmayer was the fifth chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, United States. He was appointed by President George H.W. Bush and served from 1989 to 1992.
His brother David B. Frohnmayer was attorney general of Oregon and is president of the University of Oregon.
